Our dedicated team gathers all essential details to ensure seamless preparation for both you and our moving crew. Expect the following:

- An emailed checklist of commercial-specific tasks to complete before moving day.

The process of commercial moving typically involves several steps:
- Packing and unpacking
- Loading and unloading
- Transportation

Crew Arrival and Pre-Start Walkthrough
Our uniformed, professional movers arrive on time, ready to make your move as smooth as possible. Before we begin, the crew leader will:
- Introduce the moving team.
- Identify the nearest stairways or elevators.
- Review what will be moved.
- Check for any pre-existing damages.
- Identify items that may require waiver signatures.
- Discuss disassembly and reassembly needs.
- Confirm rates and estimates.
3. Move Preparation and Protection
After the walkthrough, we take steps to safeguard your office space and belongings, including:
- Laying protective runners to protect floors.
- Using shrink wrap for furniture fabrics.
- Wrapping hard surfaces with moving blankets to prevent damage.
- Bringing the necessary tools for disassembling and reassembling items.
4. Loading the Truck
This is where we excel. Our movers take care in loading the truck efficiently and securely. Typically, one mover focuses on truck loading, while two others transport items from your office to the truck. This ensures:
- Optimized space utilization to prevent damage and avoid multiple trips.
- Enhanced security with a mover inside the truck, reducing the risk of theft.
5. Second Walkthrough
Once the office is emptied, we’ll conduct a final walkthrough to ensure:
- All your items are accounted for.
- All our tools and equipment are back on the truck.
- We’re ready to proceed to the destination.
6. Destination Walkthrough
Upon arrival at your new location, the crew leader will coordinate with you to determine the placement of your office items. Our team will then:
- Protect the floors.
- Unload and place items according to your directions.
- Reassemble any necessary furniture.
- Remove shrink wrap and other protective materials.
7. Final Walkthrough and Completion
Once everything is in place, we’ll conduct a final walkthrough to ensure:
- All items are where you want them.
- Packing materials are cleared away.
- Reassembled items are secure and functional.
- Elevators and other facilities are clean and ready for use.
Afterward, the crew leader will stop the clock, provide you with the total hours worked, and present the final bill. We’ll settle up, and you can relax knowing the heavy lifting is done.
